small room wardrobe door

the free parking was acceptable, as it allowed me to keep my rental car nearby.

the room was quite small. the wardrobe door did not open fully due to a hinge issue. this made storing my belongings challenging.

lack of storage subpar cleaning

the bathroom was quite nice.

the lack of storage space really bothered me. i was staying several nights and barely had room for my luggage. plus, the cleaning service was subpar, mostly involving just changing towels and negligibly tidying the bed. nobody bothered to answer when i tried contacting customer services about noises at night.

Acceptable but Underwhelming

small room flooded bathroom

The room felt cramped. It did not resemble the photos I saw online. We stayed on the ground floor. Our window faced the pavement, so we needed to keep the curtains closed. This. the shower lacked a proper seal so the bathroom flooded each time I used it.
